BlueTac Security Professionals

Before applying for a position as a BlueTac Security Professional, please read this entire page. The right candidates will be attracted by what they read below, and the wrong candidates will be repelled and hopefully eliminate themselves before applying.
If your primary reason for becoming a security guard is to simply earn a paycheck and not for a meaningful career with a purpose, then please stop here and don’t apply.

We, here at BlueTac, see ourselves as an augmented force to the sometimes-limited capacity of our police departments. We are first responders, difference makers, protectors of the public and our civil way of life and business.

We stand on the front line in a war against violence, theft, human trafficking, disorder, trespassing, and vandalism. We are agents of our clients, trained and equipped to uphold their rights against such violations to their freedom from fear and their pursuit of happiness as a business owner and/or citizen. Many of our Security Professionals are former police and military trained personnel, some are heroes, but all are willing to place themselves in harm’s way to protect the homes, property, lives, and livelihood of those we serve.

For the reasons above, we hold high standards of character, conduct, appearance, and performance. We will not waiver these standards under the pressures of popularity, convenience, or opportunity. Below are some of the standards and “non-negotiables” by which we choose qualified candidates:
