Sentry
As a Sentry, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure and safe environment by observing and reporting any suspicious activities and incidents on the property. Your primary duty will be to observe and report incidents such as loitering, vandalism, trespassing, and panhandling to the appropriate authorities. You will also be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the property, its occupants, and assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor the property to identify any suspicious activities or individuals.
- Observe and report any incidents of loitering, vandalism, trespassing, or panhandling.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter potential security threats.
- Ensure the safety and security of the property and its occupants.
- Communicate effectively with the property management and authorities regarding any incidents that require their attention.
- Respond to emergencies and provide assistance as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of incidents and activities.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Security Guard License.
- Previous experience in security or law enforcement preferred.
- Strong observation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Good judgment and the ability to handle sensitive situations in a professional manner.
The Sentry position requires standing and walking for extended periods of time, as well as the ability to climb stairs and ladders. The Sentry must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and operate security equipment such as radios and surveillance cameras.
Working Conditions:The Sentry position requires working in both indoor and outdoor environments and may be subject to adverse weather conditions. The Sentry may also be required to work in areas with high noise levels or low lighting.

OC (Pepper Spray)
OC (Pepper Spray): This training class provides instruction on the proper use of Oleoresin Capsicum (OC) spray, also known as pepper spray. security professionals learn how to safely and effectively use OC spray to subdue a suspect or attacker. The course covers the effects of OC spray on the body, techniques for deploying the spray, and how to decontaminate after use. This training is important for security professionals who may need to protect themselves or others in a potentially dangerous situation.
Taser
Taser: This training class teaches security professionals how to safely and effectively use a Taser, a non-lethal weapon that delivers an electric shock to incapacitate a suspect or attacker. Hand Cuffs
