We, here at BlueTac, see ourselves as an augmented force to the sometimes-limited capacity of our police departments. We are first responders, difference makers, protectors of the public and our civil way of life and business.
We stand on the front line in a war against violence, theft, human trafficking, disorder, trespassing, and vandalism. We are agents of our clients, trained and equipped to uphold their rights against such violations to their freedom from fear and their pursuit of happiness as a business owner and/or citizen. Many of our Security Professionals are former police and military trained personnel, some are heroes, but all are willing to place themselves in harm’s way to protect the homes, property, lives, and livelihood of those we serve.
For the reasons above, we hold high standards of character, conduct, appearance, and performance. We will not waiver these standards under the pressures of popularity, convenience, or opportunity. Below are some of the standards and “non-negotiables” by which we choose qualified candidates:

Phase 1 Screening (Must Haves)
- Candidates must have the ability to pass a background check free of misdemeanors and felonies.
- Must be able to pass a motor vehicle record background check with no major moving violations in 3 years.
- Prior Military candidates may not have:
- Other than honorable discharge
- General Discharge
- Dishonorable Discharge
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a Highschool Diploma or GED
- Phase 2 Interview
Appearance (Must Be)
- Professionally Dressed
- Well Groomed
- Physically Fit
- No Major body modifications
- No permanent facial tattoos or piercings
- No offensive tattoos or body markings
Attitude (Must Have)
- Positive outlook and drive to advance.
- Verbal communication effectiveness
- Enthusiasm about the prospect of “serving” in this field of work.
- A sense of duty toward others.
- Team player
- Polite, respectful, and considerate

Experience (DESIRED)
- Prior experience in the security or law enforcement industry.
- Prior experience using Microsoft office products including Teams.
- Create presentations from data collected for consultations
- Prior experience using a CRM for tracking sales activity
